At Hawaii's Finest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your island-inspired apparel. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
